But this time, rather we focus on filling.

but I'm for simple things, and the fact is that coffee like it at all!
Even my nephew to 2 years!
Ingredients
15 grams soluble coffee
250 grams white chocolate
200 mL liquid cream
and as usual a lot of patience!
Process
In a saucepan, heat the cream until boiling,
and pour over the white chocolate
previously fragmented and with the help of a whip mix well
everything until the consistency is smooth and homogeneous.
Finally add to the mix the soluble coffee.
Let cool, stirring occasionally and whip the ganache
with electric whips.
Pour the contents into a pastry bag and let cool.
When is large enough shells filled with ganache
and cover with a second shell.
Et voilĂ the macarons is served!
