Cream Rocher...


Do you want to make a filling for cakes Simple and good,
but do not know where to start?
Tadaaaaaaaaaaaa I'm here to help you.
Today I will explain how to make the cream Rocher,
the ingredients are few and the process is very fast

Ingredients:
500 grams of Nutella
200 ml cream
150 grams of chopped hazelnuts
150 grams hazelnut wafer
2 tablespoons of maraschino liqueur

Procedure:
  In a bowl whip some cream,
when will be slightly fitted pour the Nutella
(I put for a few minutes in a water bath so as to make it a bit more liquid)
and start to mix gently!
Add the wafer crumbs well, add the chopped hazelnuts and maraschino.
Mix the cream until the mixture is homogeneous.
Contaminated fingers with cream and savor with his eyes closed .....
But .... then open it otherwise it ends the cream!

I have used this stuff for birthday cake.
